How we handle the data you share with us.
As ANAR METAL Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, we take the necessary security measures to collect, store and share your personal data lawfully. In accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), this notice transparently informs you about how your personal data is collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal grounds, and your rights.

Data controller
Under Law No. 6698, your personal data is processed by ANAR METAL Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi in its capacity as data controller.
Spam & malware protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; the related interaction data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Uploaded application files are automatically scanned for malware.
Sharing of website submissions
Your message is transmitted solely through our email and hosting providers so that it reaches us. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
Retention of website submissions
We keep your submission only for as long as necessary to handle your request or application; it is then deleted.
Categories of personal data processed
- Identity data: first name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, Turkish ID details, copy of ID card.
- Contact data: phone, address, email, internal contact details (extension, corporate email).
- Special-category data: criminal record, disability status, religion, health data, blood type, health reports, pregnancy status, association/foundation memberships.
- Education data: education level, certificates and diplomas, foreign languages, CV, courses taken.
- Visual data and security: photograph, camera recordings.
- Employee performance and career-development data.
- Family and next-of-kin data.
- Employment data: registration no, position, department, title, start date, insurance and social-security details, overtime and severance data.
- Leave data.
- Other data: military deferment, driving-licence copy, shuttle/stop information, entry-exit and turnstile records, internet-access logs.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed for: performance of the employment contract (leave, payroll, salary payments); legal obligations under labour, occupational health & safety and social-security legislation (personnel file, SSI and İŞKUR notifications, statutory reporting, execution of court decisions); workplace security; and the administration of the company and conduct of business (communication, shuttle and travel organisation, training planning and certification, quality control, emergency contact).
To whom data may be transferred
Your personal data may be shared, within the scope of the relevant legislation, with public institutions (the Personal Data Protection Authority, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Customs and Trade, Ministry of Labour and Social Security, İŞKUR, ICTA, SSI) and with the private organisations from which we obtain services to run our processes (payroll software providers, workplace physician, auditors, lawyers, archive and transport firms). With your explicit consent, your data may be shared with third parties abroad for overseas travel and training organisation and bulk email.
Method of collection and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected and stored verbally, in writing and electronically, by automated or non-automated means (job applications and forms, CVs, employment platforms, entry-exit systems, workplace cameras, the workplace physician). The legal grounds are performance of the contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Retention period
Personal data is retained for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose of processing. At the end of these periods, or when the reasons for processing cease, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under the KVKK (Article 11)
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- To know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom your data has been transferred.
- To request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
- To request deletion or destruction when the reasons for processing no longer exist.
- To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- To object to a result to your detriment arising from automated analysis of your data.
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply — timeframe and fee
You may submit your requests concerning your rights via secure electronic signature to info@anarmetal.com, or by a wet-signed petition together with documents proving your identity, delivered in person or by notary to "Gaziosmanpaşa OSB Mah., Haddeciler OSB 1. Cadde No:12, 10100 Altıeylül / Balıkesir". Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; where a cost is incurred, the fee set in the tariff of the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
